I'm Sebastian. I understand both the strategic picture and what it takes to make things happen in practice. That perspective comes from over 15 years in consulting, working at every level: from hands-on project delivery to leading teams as Managing Director at a boutique consultancy. My clients have ranged from ambitious mid-market companies to global enterprises with 100,000+ employees.

I've worked across automotive, chemicals and materials, consumer goods, financial services, logistics, manufacturing, retail, technology, and more. I enjoy understanding what makes different industries tick, then applying that cross-sector perspective to new contexts.

I'm based in Berlin, with experience across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, working in German, English, and Spanish.
